5.3.12 Chief Investigator 72 Hour Review

The Chief Investigator is responsible for assuring that all household children, including the alleged victim(s), have been seen within 72 hours, as signified on the CPS-1a, indicating that safety has been assured.

The first 2 pages of the CPS-1 and CPS-1A will be reviewed by the Chief Investigator within 72 hours of the report.
