18.3 Residential Facility-Based Rehabilitative Treatment Services (REHAB-RT)
As a part of the Rehabilitative Treatment contract, the residential facility must work toward reunification of the youth with his/her family, another permanent family, or (if the child is to leave residential treatment to be on his own) with the youth, to establish a home for himself/herself. If the youth is to leave residential care to be independent, the facility, in cooperation with the agency, is to develop the community resources the youth will require in order to become independent.
