27.5 Physical/Psychological Evaluation Prior to Placing a Child for Adoption
Within the preceding six (6) months of a child's placement, a child shall have had:
- Comprehensive medical examination;
- Dental examination (for children three (3) or older); and
- Psychological examination/evaluation beginning at least at the age of five (5). A psychological evaluation shall be conducted on children younger than five (5) if warranted by background information or developmental concerns.
