The Department of Social Services (DSS) has several ways of keeping the public informed about draft and proposed regulations that are in the process of promulgation.

Filed DSS regulations that are subject to formal public comments can be found on the DSS Proposed Rules webpage.

DSS also sends out stakeholder surveys to individuals who may be impacted by proposed regulations when they are in draft form. These surveys are intended to determine the fiscal and small business impact of proposed regulations, as well as allow stakeholders the opportunity to review draft regulations and propose changes before the regulations are filed. If you have questions or comments about a pending regulation, contact the Division of Legal Services.
