Article I -- Name

The name of this organization shall be the "State Rehabilitation Council for the Blind," for the State of Missouri, Family Support Division (formerly known as Division of Family Services)/Rehabilitation Services for the Blind. The State Rehabilitation Council for the Blind is hereinafter referred to as the "Council."Family Support Division is hereinafter referred to as "FSD" and Rehabilitation Services for the Blind is hereinafter referred to as "RSB."
