Article XI -- Adoption

These Bylaws shall be adopted as the rules governing the business and affairs of the Council when, after an appropriate motion has been made and seconded, such motion receives the affirmative votes of two-thirds (2/3) of the members of the Council eligible to vote at a meeting duly called and held.
