Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1998

Instructions:

1. Click on the download link above.
2. You will be prompted to either "run program from current location" or "save this program to disk". Choose to save the program and click OK.
3. Choose a folder on your hard drive to save the file to, then click Save.
4. After download is complete, go to the location on your hard drive where file was saved and double click on the file name vract.exe.
5. This will decompress a text file named vract.txt.
6. Open vract.txt up in your word processor to view.
