For dual eligibles, there is really no difference between the plans. Preferred plans are offer an expanded drug list to MoRx dual eligible members.
The preferred plans have agreed to expand their drug list for dual eligible members to be more like MO HealthNet's drug list. This means you will have easier access to more prescription drugs. For some members this can also reduce your drug costs if you were having to pay full price for non-covered drugs.

Co-payments for dual eligibles are set by the federal government and the change in plans should not affect co-payments. In 2008, for full benefit dual eligibles, your co-pays should not exceed $3.10. For partial duals, whose Medicare Part A or B premiums are paid by the state, your co-pays should not exceed $5.60. Whatever the amount, MoRx will pay 50%.
