Statement on Recent Missouri Supreme Court Ruling

Jefferson City – Our attorneys received the ruling late this afternoon and are reviewing it. The ruling appears to have upheld our existing administrative review process. We will review the decision carefully and take appropriate action if needed to comply with the Court's ruling.

The case is Mildred Jamison, et al., v. State of Missouri, Department of Social Services.
